About this service
JobIndia.work provides private recruitment and professional Social workspaces in India for candidates and authorised company recruiters. Public registration remains closed. The legal operator, registered address and grievance contact must be identified before public launch. Fictional demo workspaces do not represent real employment offers, independent verification or a public social network.
Accounts and verification
Use accurate information and act only for yourself or a business you are authorized to represent. Protect your session and do not share access. KYC submission, demo acceptance and profile completion are separate from independently verified identity, education, employment, business and authority claims.
Memberships and quotas
The candidate lifetime membership is ₹500 once. Recruiter monthly membership is ₹500 with one active job and ten directory contact unlocks per paid monthly term. Annual membership is ₹5,000 with five active jobs and twenty directory profile unlocks per India calendar month. Reopening an unlock in the same period costs no further quota. Unlimited candidates may apply to an eligible job.
Applicant access and contact consent
A paid recruiter may view all their nonwithdrawn job applicants outside the directory quota. Candidate contact and chat permissions still apply. Unpaid browsing shows anonymous professional previews, hides names and contacts, and uses an obscured photo preview. Access is rechecked when a membership expires, an application is withdrawn or consent changes.
Recruitment conduct
Recruiters must publish truthful salary, location, requirements and employment details. Do not demand application, interview, placement or security-deposit fees from candidates. Do not impersonate, discriminate unlawfully, harass, send spam, scrape profiles or resell contact data. Use candidate information only for the recruitment purpose for which it was shared.
Matching and hiring
The JobIndia Match Score is a rule-based comparison with factors, missing information and coverage. It is not a hiring probability or independent verification. Candidate summaries use supplied facts; no summary is automatically forwarded. Interview and hiring decisions depend on relevant vacancies, eligibility and recruiter decisions.
CRM follow-ups and contact exchange
CRM tasks and internal notes are encrypted and workspace-scoped. Scheduled WhatsApp items remain local records while the provider is disabled; they do not prove sending, delivery or charges. Withdrawal of relevant permission cancels queued follow-ups. Existing recruitment contact access requires current eligibility, paid entitlements and applicable candidate consent. Historical hiring chat is read-only; new messages use the separate recipient-approved Social chat. Historical purchases retain their stored price and capacity.
Messages and content
Historical hiring conversations retain their participant and current access checks and cannot send new messages. New Social conversations require an explicit request and recipient Approve. KYC completion, payment, following, applications and connections do not replace that approval. Members remain responsible for the rights to their content and others’ information. New Social activity requires explicit acceptance of the current Social Terms and Privacy notice; named visibility and presence choices remain separate.
Billing, expiry and advertising
Real checkout is disabled. A purchased service, term, price and entitlements must be shown before payment. Cancelling renewal stops future renewal, not an automatic refund of the current term. Expiry can pause paid recruitment access while preserving appropriate history. Planned advertising is separate from organic Social activity: no purchase guarantees followers, accepted connections, replies, hiring or a better Match Score. Fictional auction examples do not reserve or spend real funds.
Changes and remedies
Material changes will be versioned and explained before their relevant use, with fresh acceptance or separate consent where required. This draft does not rewrite historical consent or purchase records or imply agreement to a feature not yet enabled. Restrictions and complaints require documented reasons and appropriate review. Applicable Indian rights and remedies remain available.
Social: personal and company identity
Candidates will publish through their own professional identity. Recruiter posts, comments and conversations will use an authorised company identity. Employees must use individually authorised access rather than share credentials; their actions remain privately attributable. Company content and conversations remain company-controlled when an operator leaves. Do not impersonate people, employers or brands, or present an unverified claim as independently verified.
Social: content ownership and permission
Uploading does not transfer ownership of your work to JobIndia. You give the limited non-exclusive permission needed to store, process, compress, scan and display it for the requested service and selected audience. You must have rights to uploaded images, video, audio, logos and third-party material. This permission does not by itself authorise sale of your content, external advertising endorsement or unrelated AI training. Removal is subject to documented operational retention, legal obligations and valid holds.
Social: professional community conduct
Keep contributions relevant and lawful. Fraud, candidate-fee demands, threats, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, unlawful discrimination, sexual exploitation, child-abuse material, doxxing, malware and unlawful goods or services are prohibited. Do not scrape member data, operate fake identities, buy fake engagement, evade restrictions or repeatedly send unwanted requests. A paid account has no exemption from these rules.
Social: requests and free text chat
Active members may request candidate-to-candidate, candidate-to-company or company-to-company text communication, subject to recipient preferences. The recipient or authorised recipient-company operator must choose Approve before conversation starts. Disapprove, withdrawal, mute, archive, block and report are separate actions. Approved basic text chat does not require KYC completion or payment. New requests disclose the requesting professional/company identity; company operators remain privately attributable.
Social: permanent sharing restrictions
Phone numbers and phone-contact routes are prohibited across Social profiles, comments, posts, captions, photos, covers, stories, reels and chats, including deliberate obfuscation, QR codes and spoken numbers. All Social chat attachments are prohibited, including images, video, audio, CVs, PDFs and document cards. These restrictions apply to free and paid members. A verified non-phone contact field may only be privately revealed through a separate action after both parties meet actual KYC, paid-access and current-consent requirements; no public contact-directory permission follows from payment.
Proposed media publication: limits and private processing
Images are actually converted to WebP below 100,000 bytes and the processed preview is stored privately. Required OCR, QR, visual adult-content and audio/video safety coverage is not currently available, so uploads remain private held and cannot be published, used as a public avatar/cover or attached to a public post. Planned video publication requires actual 15–30 second probing, input at most 60,000,000 bytes and watchable compressed MP4 output. The image cap is not a 100 KB whole-video promise. Processing may change dimensions/quality. Private upload is not safety approval.
Social: genuine relationships and visibility
A company target uses a Connect request and counts only after acceptance. Candidate Follow is a one-way subscription; an accepted mutual candidate connection is separate. Follower, following and candidate/company connection totals must represent genuine actions rather than pending requests or purchased popularity. Visibility, removal and blocks govern permitted access; following or connecting does not grant private hiring, contact or chat rights.
Social: moderation and service restrictions
Server-side text rules reject detected contact details and initial Hindi, English and Hinglish profanity/evasion patterns. Ordinary rejected language does not automatically ban an account. A narrowly matched explicit serious sexual threat causes a durable, reversible Social profile restriction; trained/calibrated visual-adult detection is not yet available. Uncertain or unavailable media processing holds the content without treating infrastructure failure as misconduct. Restrictions hide relevant Social activity and stop new Social sends/writes, while login, appropriate account/receipt access and private appeal remain available. An independently authorised reviewer can review protected evidence and restore only the relevant restriction. Reports alone do not automatically ban a member; confirmed action requires current evidence and a recorded reason. Rules can miss or misclassify content; no perfect-detection guarantee is made.
Independent platform
JobIndia is not LinkedIn and does not imply endorsement, affiliation or shared accounts. Other platforms’ contracts, minimum ages, dispute venues, tracking practices or content licences do not automatically become JobIndia terms. Third-party links have their own services and terms.
Private advertising accounts and demo wallets
Members may explicitly create a separate personal or authorised company advertising workspace and save private campaign drafts for their own profile or company jobs. Real wallet funding, payment collection, campaign delivery and billable events are disabled. The private demo may add one fictional ₹5,000 credit and simulate reservations, charges, release and expiry. These are not actual funds, purchases, hiring entitlements, tax invoices or advertising results. Membership fees and advertising balances remain separate. Draft bids and budgets do not authorise a charge or publish an ad.
